Arranging your session
Email Roy with your preferred package, location, dates and a little about your pet. Sessions take place within 10 miles of Lichfield. Your enquiry does not reserve a date or commit you to payment. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed the details and you receive written confirmation.
Packages and payment
A Little Character: £90, up to 45 minutes, one dog, 3 edited photographs. The Full Personality: £300, up to 75 minutes, up to two dogs, 8 edited photographs. Their Story: £400, up to 90 minutes, up to two dogs, owners welcome, 15 edited photographs.
Before you commit, I will confirm the total price, any agreed extras, accepted payment method, deposit if applicable and payment dates. Any deposit counts towards the total. Extras require your agreement and are not charged automatically.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Contact me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We will discuss alternative dates subject to availability. Any cancellation charge must reflect reasonable actual losses, taking account of costs saved and whether the slot is rebooked; it will not exceed those losses. Any remaining payment will be refunded. Statutory cancellation rights take priority.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, you can cancel by sending a clear statement to info@pawzers.co.uk within the applicable period. I will explain those rights and provide the required cancellation information before you book. Starting services during a cooling-off period requires your express request. Where legally applicable, payment for work already performed will be proportionate to the service supplied. Digital delivery during that period requires separate express consent and acknowledgement of any loss of the right to cancel the digital content. Booking alone does not give that consent.
Weather and photographer cancellation
If conditions are unsuitable or unsafe, we will agree another date without an additional rescheduling charge. If I cannot attend, or we cannot agree a suitable replacement date, you can receive a refund for the unprovided service. Refunds will be made promptly and within any legally required period.
Pet welfare and safety
Please tell me about health, mobility or behavioural needs before the session. Dogs can stay on a lead. Owners supervise their pets, follow local rules and decide whether off-lead activity is appropriate. We will take breaks or stop if a pet becomes distressed. These terms do not exclude responsibility for my negligence or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your photographs
Choose the included number of images from a curated private preview gallery. Your chosen, edited full-resolution JPEG photographs and sharing-size versions will be delivered within three working days of receiving your final selection and any payment then due. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England's bank holidays. RAW files and unedited photographs are not included.
Any prices for extra photographs and the period for gallery access will be confirmed before booking. Download and back up your files. Ask for advice on printing; suitable print size depends on the image and crop. Third-party printing is a separate purchase from your chosen lab.
Personal use and portfolio permission
Roy Palmer retains copyright. Your purchase includes permission for personal printing and sharing. Commercial use requires separate agreement. I will ask separately before using your photographs for my website, portfolio or social media. Declining permission does not affect your booking.
Questions, complaints and privacy
